FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. How do we ship?
We ship UPS ground to ship. UPS will not deliver to most
Post Office Boxes, so we might have to ship it by U.S. Mail.
Next Day Air, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day are available within the
United States depending upon stock availability. If you would
like your order shipped to another address, fill in the area for
shipping to another address.
2. How long does it take to ship my order?
We will acknowledge your order via e-mail upon receipt. We
will make every effort to ship your order within two to three
business days from our stock. While we stock a significant
inventory to support both our retail store and our Internet
customers, occasionally stock conditions require us to special
order a size or color to fulfill your order. We therefore request
that you allow approximately three weeks for delivery of your
order. In most cases this will not be necessary, but we do
appreciate your patience.
3. How do you handle returns and exchanges?
ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED.
An authorization code will be issued by e-mail sent to
email@example.com or by calling 1-(877)-804-SHOE(7463).
Merchandise returns without pre-authorization will be refused.
